It is for information of all Government/Academic/Financial organizations and students that Dr Rakesh Varna s/o Sh. M. P. Varma, Addl. Medical Superintendant, Safdurjung Hospital, New Delhi-110029 in connivance with his wife Dr C. K. Durga, Senior Surgeon in Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi and his mother Smt. Kamla Varma r/o B-4586, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110070, have created "forged Letter Heads" of the above-named Society claiming that Rakesh Varma is Honry. Secretary, of Patronage Welfare and Educational Society with Registered mailing address at B-4586, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110070 But in fact the Founder Governing Body of the above-named Society headed by Dr. K. R. Sharma as its President, Sh. Devashish Gaur as its Treasurer and Smt. Sharda Sharma as its General Secretary have established the Society and its two colleges, namely Patronage Institute of Professional Studies and Patronage Institute of Management Studies at Plot No.38, Knowledge Park-3, Greater Noida, the premises allotted by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority in the name of Patronage Welfare & Educational Society. The Society & its both the colleges are functioning under the peaceful control of Dr K. R. Sharma as its President w.e.f. the date of inception of the Society Registered on 09-07-2003 having Reg. No.S-46417 with Registrar of Societies, N.C.T of Delhi. The Founder Governing Body shall not be responsible for any Academic or financial Deal proposed/initiated by Dr Rakesh Varma & his accomplices by using the above-mentioned "Forged Letter Heads". It is for information of all concerned that Rakesh Varma has moved a large number of Civil and fraudulent Criminal litigations against the above-named Founder Members in various courts in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh by using forged documents to grab the land & property of this Society at Plot no.38, Knowledge Park-3. Greater Noida, but his plea regarding membership of the above-named persons in the Society has been dismissed in all the litigations & is pending final decision in Civil Suit no.111 of 2010(now 247 of 2012) at Karkarduma Courts, Delhi.

General Public and concerned Government Authorities, Gautam Budh Nagar, U.P., are Informed that the land and building at the premises at Plot No.38, Knowledge Park-3, Greater Noida is owned by Governing Body of Patronage Welfare & Educational Society having its Regd. Address as Khasra no. 26/16/2, Village Karawal Nagar, Delhi-110094 bearing Reg. No. 5-46417, registered on 09-07-2003 with the Registrar of Societies, N.C.T. of Delhi, headed by Dr K. R. Sharma as its President, Smt Sharda Sharma as its General Secretary and Sh. Devashish Gaur as its Treasurer. Rakesh Varma, a criminal and a land grabber, Addl. Medical Superintendant, Safdurjung Hospital, New Delhi, his wife, C. K. Durga, Surgeon in Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi and his mother Smt. Kamla Varma r/o B-4586, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi; have connived to create fake Governing Body of Patronage Welfare & Educational Society, wherein, Rakesh Varma is designated as alleged Honry, Secretary of Patronage Welfare & Educational Society. Rakesh Varma with the intention of grabbing Plot no. 38, K.P. 3Greater Noida registered false Civil and criminal cases in various courts in Delhi and U.P. against above-named founder members of the said society. Rakesh Varma's plea regarding his membership in Patronage Welfare & Educational Society as well as his claim for ownership of land and buildings at the above-named premises has been dismissed in various courts. However, Rakesh Varma using forged documents and by misinterpreting fraudulent ex-parte orders is influencing the SSP and the DM, G. B. Nagar, and is unlawfully attempting to take illegal possession of the above premises by dispossessing the Founder Members responsible for establishment of Patronage Welfare & Educational Society, and who have been managing the affairs of the Society and its two colleges at the above-premises since 09-07-2003 in terms of the High Court orders dated 25-04-2014 passed by the Divisional Bench in Special Appeal no.220 of 2014. It is to inform the concerned officers that any attempt to connive with Rakesh Varma to dispossess the real owners from the above premises, would be against the law.

The above-named trio has created fake, forged and fabricated documents and on the basis thereof, they formulated fake Governing Bodies of Patronage Welfare & Educational Society, allegedly regd. at B-4586, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, wherein, Rakesh Varma is fraudulently designated as its Hony. Secretary with the sole intention of grabbing Management of Society and its property at Plot No.38, Knowledge Park-3, Greater Noida. In DPA case (13-07-2010) entitled “CBI Vs Rakesh Varma” vide orders dated 08-01-2016 passed by Special Judge (CBI), the above fact has been confirmed and it has been concluded by CBI that “Rakesh Varma has tried to become the owner of the said Society by generating different type of documents”. The said trio has fraudulently created a forged and fabricated “Deed of Trust” in the name of Patronage Welfare and Educational Society, claiming that they are the trustees of the said forged trust and son of Rakesh Varma, Manhar Gopal is the sole beneficiary of the above property of the said Society at Plot no. 38, Knowledge Park-3, Greater Noida. It is to inform all concerned officers attached to the offices of the DM, G.B. Nagar and CP, G.B. Nagar, U.P. that any attempt to connive, support, help, aid or abet the said Rakesh Varma to dispossess the real owners (founders of the above society) from the above premises, would be in total disregard and contrary to law, and would tantamount to the contempt of court-orders dated 29-05-2008, 25-04-2014 and 16-10-2014 in the said matter.
